Key features

Approachable Data Collection

We built a three step survey to collect user salary data. It was designed to feel friendly and welcoming, using a bright color palette and my illustrations. My goal was to create a positive user experience, making it comfortable and engaging for users to explore their salaries and career options.

Detailed Salary Insights

I designed the interface to share both estimated salary ranges and machine learning predictions clearly. My goal was to create colorful visuals that made it easy for users to compare benchmark types with animated projections, helping them understand compensation trends and make informed career decisions.

Career Path Exploration

In designing the Career Path Tool, I aimed to help users visualize potential job trajectories through clean, easy-to-understand salary comparisons. The layout emphasizes clarity and simplicity, allowing users to explore their career options visually and make strategic decisions based on real-world data.

Continued Engagement

To empower users in salary negotiations and career growth, I created graphics and guidance on a multi-year marketing campaign tied to the product launch that included blog posts, social media, and email outreach.
